Under this policy if you change your mind about your order/purchase, you may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. You must notify us of your intention to return your order via email within 14 days from the date of purchase as detailed on your order confirmation. Following this notification, you must return your item within 5 working days.
In line with our hygiene policy, products may only be returned if they are unopened, never used and still in the original packaging.
Products may be returned in line with this policy for a refund or credit for the amount actually paid less shipping and handling fees previously charged. Credits are for use on www.bealmai.com only and have an expiration date of 6 months from date of issue. Refunds and credits will only be processed once the item has been returned and received at the address detailed below.
- Products must be returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging with the seal intact.
- All products must be returned in the same condition as they were originally purchased otherwise the refund / credit will be rejected and the item returned to you.
- All returns must include a completed returns form otherwise return will not be processed.
- All returned items will be posted at the buyers expense.
- Postage charges will not be refunded or credited along with your return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
- No refunds or credit will be issued if the return request is outside of the specified 14 days, or if the items are not sent within 5 days of notification of return.
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns of electrical and non-electrical hair styling items unless they are faulty. Please notify us via email to info@bealmai.com if your item is faulty before returning it.
